Warm Farewell

Deki bid a warm and affectionate farewell to Mr. Rajendra Singh Kushwaha, Asstt. Manager (R & D), who retired on 30th June, 2018. He spent around 33 years with Deki, having joined the company in December1985.

Chaired by the Managing Director, Mr. Vinod Sharma, the function saw Vice Presidents, Mr. Anil Bali and Mr. P. Shanker Raj and other senior Team Deki members appreciate Mr. Kushwaha’s contribution to the development and growth of Deki . They asked young employees to emulate his discipline, dedication and work ethic.

Mr. Rajendra Singh, on his part, appreciated the entire management specially Mr. Jai Kumar (Chairman) and Mr. Vinod Sharma (MD) for creating a wonderful work environment where employees like to spend a major part of their lives.

“We have grown this company together from 25 employees to 600 plus employees  with limited resources, hard work, honesty and dedication. Now, it is the responsibility of the next generation to take this forward and make this company world-class.” he said. His advice to Team Deki was simple: "... aaj ko savaro, kal khud b khud savar jayega” – “take care of today and tomorrow will be taken care of”.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Vinod Sharma said “ In every organization, there are background heroes who are not visible every time but the role they perform is very crucial to the organization’s success and Rajendra is one of the background heroes of Deki”.

All of us at Deki wish Mr. Rajendra Singh Kushwaha a happy, healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.
