EMC filters

An EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) filter is an electrical device used to suppress conducted interference that is present on a power or signal line. It is used to ensure that electronic equipment meets electromagnetic compatibility requirements and does not emit excessive electromagnetic interference (EMI) that could interfere with other devices.

They typically consist of passive components such as capacitors, inductors, and resistors configured in various arrangements to provide effective filtering.
